Why we don't do what we know we should.
I haven't posted a while here, waiting on a dream that Marshall Goldsmith mentions in a recent post. I am back in the US, having completed my first four-year term at service in Kosovo with my parent organization. My last several months here tremendously busy and stressfull. Oh, they're been good weeks but I have often found myself back-shelving self-development for precisely the same reasons Marshall mentions here.
If you find yourself not "doing what you know you should ," this post is worth a read. It is giving me somethings to think about before we return to Kosovo.

Dude, Goldsmiths blog rocks! That was excellent. I will have to read it several more times today. Any chance we will find a chance to Skype? I am running out of time here :-) D
